Murgh Musallam
A Princely dish, spring chicken marinated and given full treatment in a clay tandoor. The dish is then cooked again in a special thick spicy sauce with mince meat further enriched with powdered assorted nuts and sultanas, topped with fresh cream, served with pillaw rice.

Jalfrezi Chicken or lamb
Slices of chicken or lamb moistly cooked in a rich spicy sauce with chunks of capsicum, onions and fresh green chillies. (a reasonably hot dish)

Tandoori Thali
Contains tandoori chicken , chicken-lamb tikka, sheek kebab, chicken tikka masalla, salad, rice.

Vegetable Thali
Consists of chana bhaji, bhindi bhaji, saag aloo, tarka daal, mixed vegetables, pillaw rice, yoghurt and a nan roti.

Shahi Thali
Consists of Bhuna prawn, chicken tikka masala, lamb pasanda, tarka daal, mixed vegetable bhaji, ratha, pillaw rice and puri bread.
